Matrika provides superior visual acuity tests with detection of vision problems and evaluations. We perform visual screening process that speculate the different aspects of a person’s visual functions, like colour and depth perception, form sense, contrast, visual fields and higher order aberrations. These different aspects of vision can be affected by dry eyes, corneal diseases, uveal diseases, cataracts, lens disorders, vitreous conditions, retina disorders, optic nerve and neurological conditions.

At Matrika Eye Center, patients with poor vision have the opportunity to contact lenses assessment, trial and fitting process. Contact lenses of numerous designs are available for your eyes. From hard lenses like the Orthokeratology lenses and OneFit Scleral lenses to soft contact lenses are all available here at Matrika.
• Orthokeratology lenses are specially-designed hard lenses for myopia management (including children) and for patients who do not qualify for laser eye surgeries
• OneFit Scleral lenses is the latest lens especially designed for irregular corneas like keratoconus, dry-eyes, corneal scars, etc.

Matrika believes in world-class surgeries and management. Our surgeries are performed only by the top-notch surgeons with ultra-advanced equipments and technology. Right from investigations to surgeries in the operation theater, patients experience an extremely advanced atmosphere. We have four Operation Theaters (OT) where two OTs are used for Refractive Surgeries (or Laser Eye Surgeries), one OT (along with the anesthesia room) for Cataract surgeries, Vitrectomy surgeries, Strabismus/Squint surgeries and other surgeries like the Pterygium, Chalazions, Styes, etc. One Minor OT is used for minor procedures like Syringing, Probing, Dressing, et al. A separate Laser Room for Yag Lasers and Retinal Laser Photocoagulation has been provided for Laser Procedures.
Matrika Eye Center also provides optical solutions to the patients visiting the center. The optical shop located on the grounds of MEC, ‘Matrika Opticals’ has the finest eyeglasses spectacles in the market. Prioritizing our customer needs we provide two types of shades.
