Dr. Yogita Rajbhandari

Dr. Yogita Rajbhandari is a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist specialized in Refractive Surgery at Matrika Eye Center, Kathmandu.

She studied MBBS at UCMS in scholarship. She earned her Ophthalmology MD from Teaching Hospital with scholarship. She completed her fellowship in Refractive Surgery from Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology and became the first female Refractive Surgeon in Nepal. She has done more than 5000 laser eye surgeries in her career. She is appreciated for being kind, attentive and passionate towards her patients.
She is actively involved in research works and has published articles in international journals. She has also contributed in the field of Ophthalmology by publishing a book named Investigative Ophthalmology.
